How do I use the Rippling HRIS integration?
Updated 2 years ago
The Rippling integration creates new employee records in Rippling when they are hired in JobScore. After you hire the candidate in JobScore you can choose to add them to Rippling:
After you click the "Add to Rippling" button a confirmation screen will be shown.
By clicking “Hire” in the left menu of the Rippling app, you can find the submitted candidate and complete the creation of the new hire:
How to activate the Rippling integration
The Rippling integration is only available to customers on the JobScore Scale and Enterprise plans. You can see which plan you are on here. Please contact [email protected] to learn more about JobScore plans and prices.
Log into JobScore as an administrator.
Visit your integrations page, located here and click to activate the HRIS integration (the “Activate” button is on the upper left of the section).
You will be taken to the Rippling login page, and after a successful login, you will advance the steps to finish the authorization and you are good to go!
That's it! Now when you hire a candidate you'll see the "Confirm details to add to Rippling" page after the hire candidate form in JobScore.
