Changelog

Brands now reach your careers site, hires flow straight into UKG Ready, and rescheduling works for candidates and interviewers alike.

• 🎨 Branded careers sites: a careers site for every brand

• 🔗 UKG Ready integration: send new hires to your HRIS

• 🔁 Rescheduling for everyone: easier for candidates, visible to interviewers

Branded careers sites

Brands, introduced for Enterprise accounts in July, now extend to the careers site. Each brand can have its own careers site URL, logo, theme, job feeds and links.

UKG Ready integration

Send hired candidates to UKG Ready, so new hires don't have to be entered twice.

Rescheduling for everyone

• Reschedule link in invites: candidate calendar invites include a link to reschedule.

• Missed interviews: candidates can reschedule past interviews that didn't take place.

• Reschedule alerts: interviewers get an email when a candidate reschedules.

Other improvements

• AI scoring criteria: describe your ideal candidate first, and get a warning when the job needs more detail.

• Easy Apply: LinkedIn Apply is now called Easy Apply in JobScore.

• Template sender overrides: email, candidate form and self-schedule templates show where the From value was overridden.

Fixes

• The All Tags automation condition works again.

• Returning customers can pay past-due invoices.

Writing scoring criteria from scratch takes time. Now AI drafts them for you, and the History tabs on your jobs, users and candidates became dashboards.

• ✨ Generate scoring criteria with AI: a first draft in seconds

• 📈 History dashboards: activity charts on every job, user and candidate

• ⏳ Delayed candidate forms: send forms at the right moment

Generate scoring criteria with AI

Draft scoring criteria from the job with Generate with AI, then edit them. Undo and redo let you try a draft without losing your own work.

History dashboards

The History tabs on jobs, users and candidates now show charts of activity over time.

Delayed candidate forms

Automations can wait before sending a candidate form. You can also resend a candidate form request.

Other improvements

• Faster reports: the Source, Job Sharing and Disposition Codes reports load faster.

• Job board views: the Job Posting Report counts views from LinkedIn and Indeed.

• OFCCP form CC-305: a new account setting shows or hides the form.

Fixes

• API v2 candidate and task filters return the right results.

• Webhook failure emails are no longer sent too often.

Write an email when it suits you and deliver it when it suits the candidate. August also makes rescheduling easier and brings three more reports to the new format.

• 📬 Scheduled emails: pick when an email arrives

• 🔁 Reschedule any interview: candidates can move interviews that weren't self-scheduled

• 📊 Three new report dashboards: Offers, Source Quality and Approvals

Scheduled emails

Choose the date and time an email is delivered. Write it now and have it land at the start of the candidate's workday.

Reschedule any interview

Candidates can now reschedule interviews that weren't booked through a self-schedule request.

Three new report dashboards

The Offers, Source Quality and Approvals reports move to our new report format. Every report also has a new Origin filter.

Other improvements

• Optional interviewer note: self-schedule templates can hide the note to interviewer field.

• Confidential jobs: Extended users are added to the confidential access list of jobs they create.

Fixes

• A failed reschedule no longer deletes both calendar events.

• Bulk email uses the delivery setting of the template you selected.

No-shows cost everyone time. This month candidates get reminders before their interviews, and Enterprise accounts can hire under more than one brand.

• 🔔 Interview and task reminders: fewer missed interviews

• 🏢 Brands for Enterprise: hire for every brand or division from one account

• ⏱️ SLA in the weekly digest: SLA status in your inbox every week

• 📋 AbilityJobs: a new job board for your postings

Interview and task reminders

Candidates receive automatic reminders before scheduled interviews and tasks. They can also reconfirm an appointment from a link in their email.

Brands for Enterprise

Enterprise accounts can assign each job to a brand or division, for example to post it under a separate Indeed company page.

SLA in the weekly digest

The weekly digest email has a new SLA section, which you can turn on or off.

AbilityJobs

Post your jobs to AbilityJobs from JobScore.

Other improvements

Fixes

• The Subscribe to this calendar link works with Microsoft calendars.

Ever wondered who changed a job or moved a candidate? The new History Report answers that, and automations and job notes got simpler too.

• 🕵️ History Report: see who did what in your account

• 🤖 Automations without conditions: run an action every time a trigger fires

• 💬 @mentions in job notes: pull a teammate into the conversation

• 📊 Pipeline Report dashboard: your pipeline in the new report format

History Report

The History Report shows every action taken in your account and who took it. Charts break activity down by person and by action, and you can drill down into the details or export them.

Automations without conditions

Conditions are now optional. Leave them out and the automation runs every time its trigger fires.

@mentions in job notes

Mention a teammate in a job note to notify them.

Pipeline Report dashboard

The Pipeline Report moves to our new report format.

Other improvements

• Editable hire notification: the message that tells coworkers and the hiring team about a hire is now an email template you can edit inline.

• Faster tabbed pages: pages with tabs and sections load faster.

• Protected offer templates: an offer template can't be deleted while a pending offer uses it.

Fixes

• Declining candidates in bulk now sends the decline email.

• Accounts created through Google Marketplace can log in again.

Candidates go cold when they wait too long in a stage. This month we're giving you the tools to notice before that happens.

• ⏱️ Service Level Agreements: track how long candidates wait, everywhere you work

• 👤 Workflow stage owners: every stage has someone responsible for it

• 🗓️ Self-schedule template preview: see your changes as you make them

Service Level Agreements

Service Level Agreements (SLAs) show which candidates are within, approaching or past the time you want them to spend in a stage.

• SLA Report: a chart with drill-down into each candidate.

• Hiring Dashboard: new Approaching and Missed SLA columns.

• Candidate Manager: filter by SLA status and by days missed.

Workflow stage owners

Give each workflow stage an owner, either a role or a specific user, on jobs and job templates. Everyone knows who needs to move candidates forward.

Self-schedule template preview

Self-schedule templates now show a live preview while you edit, with no code required.

Other improvements

• Automation filters: filter the list on Admin > Automations.

• AI summary on the Resume page: the candidate summary also appears next to the resume.

• Hiring team visibility: standard users see every job where they are on the hiring team.

Fixes

• Candidate scores in daily digest emails no longer show as zero.

A new Refine Text button in the rich-text editor rewrites the text you select. Use it on job descriptions, emails and notes.

Velocity Report dashboard

The Velocity Report moves to our new report format, with a bar chart, a table and export.

Custom job fields in email templates

March brings a brand-new report, a new way to start automations, and our integration with The Predictive Index.

• 📈 Activity Report: see what your team got done, and compare it with any period

• 🏷️ Tag Added and Tag Removed triggers: start an automation the moment a tag changes

• 🧠 The Predictive Index integration: send assessments from your workflow

• 👀 Application form preview: see your form exactly as candidates do

Activity Report

The new Activity Report shows your team's hiring activity for any date range and compares it with a previous one. Filter from a side drawer, show or hide columns, and export the results.

Tag Added and Tag Removed triggers

Automations can now start when a tag is added to or removed from a candidate, with their own conditions and actions. Pair them with January's tag actions to build chains of automations around your tags.

The Predictive Index integration

Install The Predictive Index, send assessments from a workflow stage, and receive the results on the candidate's record.

Application form preview

View Job > Apply Form now shows a live preview of the application form, so you can check it before candidates see it.

Other improvements

• Indeed sync status: each job shows whether it synced to Indeed.

• Assign from the job: assign candidates to a job while you are viewing that job.

• Protected templates: a template used by an automation can't be deleted.

• Discoverable AI features: when an AI feature is turned off, users see a prompt to turn it on instead of nothing at all.

Fixes

• Files uploaded to an email template can be downloaded again.

This month is about getting more out of what JobScore already finds for you: recommended candidates, scores and reports.

• 📨 Invite to Apply from Recommendations: reach a recommended candidate in one click

• 📊 Smarter report defaults: every report opens on a useful comparison

• 📍 Cleaner multi-location jobs: one listing per city on your careers site

Invite to Apply from Recommendations

The action menu on View Job > Recommendations now includes Invite to Apply. When JobScore recommends a strong candidate for a job, invite them straight from the list.

Smarter report defaults

Reports now open on the last 30 days, compared with the 30 days before, so you see the trend without setting a date range first.

Cleaner multi-location jobs

When a job has several locations in the same city, your careers site lists it once for that city instead of once per location.

Other improvements

• Auto-send note templates: note templates with auto-send turned on can now be used in automations.

• Candidate scores: scores show which similar job title produced the match.

Fixes

• Indeed job sync no longer fails with validation errors.

• Calendar scheduling no longer double-books conference rooms.

We're starting the year by putting more of your routine work on autopilot and giving you more control over how JobScore treats candidates and AI.

• 🏷️ Tag actions in automations: add or remove candidate tags without lifting a finger

• 🙋 Pronouns and preferred name: address every candidate the way they want to be addressed

• 🎛️ AI controls for admins: decide whether your team uses AI features

• 🏢 New Careers Site settings: a redesigned settings page for your careers site

Tag actions in automations

Automations can now add or remove tags on candidates. Use them to label candidates as they move through your workflow, so the right people can find them later without anyone tagging by hand.

Pronouns and preferred name

Candidate records have two new fields, Pronouns and Preferred Name. Your team sees how each candidate wants to be addressed before the first email or interview.

AI controls for admins

Admins can now turn off AI features, such as job description generation, for the whole account. If your team does use AI candidate summaries, you can now rate each summary to help us improve them.

New Careers Site settings

Admin > Careers Site has a redesigned settings page that replaces the legacy one.

Other improvements

• Shared locations and departments: you see a warning before editing a location or department that other jobs use.

• Automation Errors: moved from Admin to Reports > Analysis.

Fixes

• Creating a tag with capital letters no longer looks like it created a duplicate tag.
