March brings a brand-new report, a new way to start automations, and our integration with The Predictive Index.

Activity Report

The new Activity Report shows your team's hiring activity for any date range and compares it with a previous one. Filter from a side drawer, show or hide columns, and export the results.

Tag Added and Tag Removed triggers

Automations can now start when a tag is added to or removed from a candidate, with their own conditions and actions. Pair them with January's tag actions to build chains of automations around your tags.

The Predictive Index integration

Install The Predictive Index, send assessments from a workflow stage, and receive the results on the candidate's record.

Application form preview

View Job > Apply Form now shows a live preview of the application form, so you can check it before candidates see it.

Other improvements

  • Indeed sync status: each job shows whether it synced to Indeed.

  • Assign from the job: assign candidates to a job while you are viewing that job.

  • Protected templates: a template used by an automation can't be deleted.

  • Discoverable AI features: when an AI feature is turned off, users see a prompt to turn it on instead of nothing at all.

Fixes

  • Files uploaded to an email template can be downloaded again.
