A faster JobScore

The homepage, jobs, candidates, reports, approvals and admin pages all load faster.

Refine Text with AI

A new Refine Text button in the rich-text editor rewrites the text you select. Use it on job descriptions, emails and notes.

Velocity Report dashboard

The Velocity Report moves to our new report format, with a bar chart, a table and export.

Custom job fields in email templates

Email template tokens can now insert values from your custom job fields.

Other improvements

  • Conditional questions in automations: automation conditions can use follow-up application questions.

  • Tag automations: automations started by a tag change can add or remove tags themselves.

  • AI interview questions: the interview question generator produces more relevant questions.

Fixes

  • Candidate profiles that come from ZipRecruiter are usable again.

  • Public compensation now appears in job feeds.
