What is the JobScore Network?

The JobScore Network is similar to a resume database because it stores and sells candidate information, but the similarities end there. The JobScore Network is a recommendation service. Here’s how that works:

• Employers can't search through all of the resumes. Candidate information remains private until there is a two-way match between a job you're trying to fill and what the candidate is looking for.

• When there's a match, JobScore recommends the candidate by showing you an anonymized version of the candidate's profile. You can see their employment and education history, but no personally identifiable information (name, phone number, email address and resume.

• If you like a candidate's anonymous profile, you can use credits to access their name, contact information and resume.

• Whenever you choose to contact a candidate from the JobScore Network:

  • We notify the candidate that you accessed their information and send them a copy of the job description.

  • The candidate is added to your account and assigned to the job.

  • You get access to their full contact information, profile, and resume.

• There isn’t an all-you-can-eat subscription model for the JobScore Network - you can only contact candidates one-by-one using credits.

• JobScore only recommends candidates from the JobScore Network who updated their information in the last 3 years.

• You can click to remove recommended candidates to help train JobScore to make better recommendations.
