How to merge candidates

Sometimes it happens that multiple candidates get added to JobScore and you need to combine the records.  When that happens, we have a very easy process to merge the two candidates.

We do our best to detect duplicates for you to prompt them to be merged:

Clicking to merge the candidates takes you through a wizard to combine the records:

Once this is completed you will have a singular candidate with combined data from both records.

If the merge banner is not visible, you can also merge candidates by clicking the Merge Candidate icon

From here, you select the second candidate you wish you to merge with, and then it takes you through the same 3 step wizard:

We have even added the ability to do a quick merge with one click.

You'll never have to worry about duplicate candidates again!
