How do I move a candidate from one position to another?

If the candidate applied directly you won't want to remove the original job assignment. This allows you to keep accurate records of the candidate journey. Rather you'll want to add a new job assignment to the record.

This can be done by viewing the candidate record. On the right side of the page you will notice the 'Job Assignments' section. Click the + Assign to Job link. This will open a window allowing you to select another job from a list of OPEN and INTERNAL jobs in your account.

Choose the job from the list and click the green Assign button.

The candidate is now assigned to an additional job. The candidate status can be tracked separately for each job assignment.
