As a global impact nonprofit organization, Sesame Workshop has particularly stringent compliance requirements. For each job, there are specific requirements candidates must meet. JobScore saves Douglas’s team a lot of time by making it easy to quickly filter out candidates who don’t meet each job’s minimum requirements.

JobScore also helps reduce time to hire by giving the recruiting team the ability to customize and automate offer letters. “We can create different templates with our branding, edit them as things change internally, and send offers with a click of a button,” Douglas says. This feature has saved her team many hours they’d otherwise spend manually writing and sending offer letters to candidates.

Scheduling interviews used to be a full-time job, but with JobScore,  it’s now a breeze. Douglas raves, “The integration with Outlook has made our lives so much lovelier. JobScore attaches the candidate’s resume and other important information to calendar invites, which makes it easier for both my team and interviewers to focus on filling jobs with quality talent instead of logistics.”

Overall Douglas says, “JobScore makes reporting a lot easier, and it makes it easier for hiring managers to manage job postings and descriptions themselves, all of which save me time.”

JobScore is saving so much time that Sesame Workshop plans to roll it out to offices in India, Bangladesh, South Africa, China, Japan, Europe, and Central America. Douglas says, “JobScore has been so beneficial for us that we plan to roll it out in our international offices by the end of the year.”
